Passed a bottle to my friend who has been struggling with a debilitating 10-day headache. After 2 nights of taking the pills, bam, the pain was completely gone!

Life saver, period. After starting Calm, I’ve woken up feeling more well-rested, even with interrupted sleep (I have an infant). Also great antidote to revenge bedtime scrolling 😂 because the onset of sleepiness is irresistable (insurmountable?). It was good, I managed to have good rest after taking it at night, I used to wake up intermittently but after taking it i find myself resting undisturbed throughout perhaps 6-7 hours, which is good

After trying various different supplements/ways to induce sleep, I'm so glad to come across these supplements during my pregnancy.
