I started taking Calm every night, and Deep Sleep occasionally (eg. once or twice a week) I'd get really sleepy at night when it's time to sleep, and even when I wake up in the middle of the night, I manage to fall back asleep easily! On weekends I sleep 8plus hours at one stretch and wake up feeling so refreshed!
This has worked well for me, compared with just Melatonin that I bought off the shelves. It helps me to sleep without me feeling numb and lazy the next day. I have started taking both calm and deep sleep since 2 weeks ago and very glad that I am able to sleep through at night. I feel less anxious at bedtime now as I know the supplements will help me to sleep better.
