Worth it

Wanted to say a Big thank you for recommending Calm and deep sleep into my routine. I suffer from rheumatoid arthiritis and had a hard time sleeping as the pain keeps me up. It took a while for me, as my body had many other issues. But eventually, my body was able to recognise Calm and will feel sleepy in 10minutes. My pain lessens also. (This is not a substitute for the meds that i m currently on, but i hope to wean off my meds eventually :). If unsure please ask Dr Cheryl. She is helpful and patient.

Deep sleep helped me when i had tinnitus. It was so bad that i had to pop it in order to sleep. It is not addictive. I only pop deep sleep as and when it becomes unbearable at night.
